Terms of Service

Plain English on purpose. If anything here contradicts the Official Rules or the Settlement Rules, those two win for anything that decides a contest or a prize.

What this is

fantasy1v1 (“we”, “us”) is a companion service operated by Fantasy1v1 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. It reads publicly available data from fantasy platforms you already use, lets you run head-to-head duels and rivalries on top of the teams you already manage, and keeps a record. We never compute fantasy points and we never ask for your platform password.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Massachusetts) to use fantasy1v1 at all. Free play is open worldwide. Cash prizes and, later, paid contests are limited to eligible US states — the Official Rules say exactly who can win what.

Your account

One account per person. You connect teams by public username or team ID; we may ask you to prove a team is yours by temporarily renaming it to a code before prizes, payouts, or disputed claims. Don’t connect teams that aren’t yours, don’t share your account, and don’t create accounts by automated means.

The data you see

League names, team names, scores, and rosters come from the platforms, as they report them. They belong to the platforms and their users, not to us. We show them so your league is recognizable; if a team is yours and you want it hidden, see the Privacy page — we’ll hide it.

House rules

Don’t:

• use bots or scrape the service;
• run duels between two teams you own to farm the standings — we void these;
• put money, payments, or payment apps into forfeit descriptions. The free season has no money between players, and that is a hard line;
• harass people through challenges — declines are silent, blocks are final;
• do anything unlawful.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and void results that came from breaking them. Rules already settled stay settled.

Contests and prizes

Free weekly contests are governed by the Official Rules — eligibility, prizes, claims, the $1,999 annual cap — and by the Settlement Rules, which say how and when duels are decided. Both are published, dated, and never changed retroactively. The Founding Commissioners program has its own published terms on its page; those plus these Terms govern it.

Platforms

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, Fantasy Premier League, ESPN, or Fleaflicker, the NFL, the NBA, the Premier League, or any club. We read public APIs, we send nothing back, and if a platform asks us to stop reading, we will stop. If that happens, parts of the service tied to that platform may pause or end — we’ll say so plainly on the site.

No warranties, limited liability

The service is provided as is. Fantasy platforms change, feeds break, stats get corrected — we mirror what platforms report and we don’t warrant it. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the prizes we owe you under the Official Rules. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and goodbye

We may update these Terms; the version and date at the top will change, and material changes will be flagged on this page before they apply. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it — but no change reaches backward: settled results and already-earned prizes stay as they were. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time (privacy@fantasy1v1.com).

Governing law

Delaware law governs these Terms. Before any formal dispute, email support@fantasy1v1.com — a human reads it, and most things are fixable in one reply.
